I have had the privilege of teaching at Covington for the past seven years. A little bit about me: I graduated from Loyola Marymount University for undergrad and grad and received my Masters in Education. Teaching has always come naturally to me; not only have I taught in the classroom, but I also taught children how to swim, as I was a competitive swimmer for 15+ years. My teaching philosophy really stems from working as a team: working together in a partnership is crucial to your child's academic success. While I only have your child for what seems like a blink of an eye, I hope to make a positive impact that will last a lifetime. I will continually strive to instill a love of learning that will drive your child's educational journey. For those of you who know me, I am an open book: feel free to contact me at any time, as I truly believe open communication is crucial. A few fun tidbits: I have two children: Parker (3 years old) and Paige (1 year old). I have been married for 6 years to my husband- "Mr. Bobby"- who is a Los Altos School District Alum. We love to ski, swim, and go hiking. I look forward to working with you and your child!
